How it Works
Existing customers fill designated form at branches while new customers to indicate interest at account opening time.
CSOs verify relevant information and signature on designated form, log on to portal to submit information to SMS/Phone Banking Administrators
PIN is automatically mailed to customer’s chosen e-mail address or alternatively printed on PINMAILER
Customer sends SMS/Dial Unity Bank to change his PIN before first usage
Customer gives instructions/make inquiries by sending SMS/Dialing Unity Bank with his PIN for authentication
